Sticky Idea is an independent project, and a real person reads every email. The best way to reach us is by email — we usually reply within a few days.

Every lesson is distilled from a named source and reviewed before it goes live, but mistakes still slip through — a misattributed quote, an oversimplified claim, a date that's off. If you spot one, email us the page (or its link) and what you believe is wrong, ideally with a source. We take corrections seriously: we'll check it against the original work, fix it if you're right, and update the "last reviewed" date on the page. We'd genuinely rather be corrected than be confidently wrong, so please don't hesitate.
Sticky Idea is run by one person, not a support team, so replies usually take a few days rather than minutes — but every email is read by a human, and none are handled by a bot or an automated ticketing system. If your message is time-sensitive (for example, a press deadline), say so in the subject line and we'll do our best to prioritize it.
